| Danny Ray
Spalding is the Farm Manager of St. Catharine Farm. He was born in
Marion County and has lived there all of his life. He came to St.
Catharine when he was eighteen years old and worked as a farm hand.
Over the years he was given more and more responsibility until finally he
took over as the manager. Danny Ray is well respected in the
community and his influence is wide spread. St. Catharine Farm
is located in the rolling hills of Washington County. The farm has
long been a source of food for the residents of St. Catharine Motherhouse
and Sansbury Care Center. Danny started supplying the residents of
St. Catharine Motherhouse with hormone-free, antibiotic free beef about 6
years ago. Danny knows where the calf comes from and that they are
fed what has been produced on the farm. |
